On business days, we strive to process all orders up to 6.00pm on the same day and have the order shipped on the next business day. Orders placed after that time will be processed the next business day. We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on the next business day. Our standard method of delivery is Express Mail Service, which takes 4-7 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will be sent a confirmation of shipping and an online tracking number for your order. Proof of delivery is acquired in case of any errors in distribution, therefore if any confusion occurs, we will be able to examine the situation and resolve it. Shipping Rates:

If you are unsatisfied with the products that you purchased, returns will be accepted with no questions asked within 7 days after the products are received. Additional points to consider when returning goods:
- 1. When a customer wants to replace an item, we will do so according to stock availability, sending the replaced item is free of charge.
- 2. When a customer wants to return an item for a refund, a refund will be issued excluding the shipping costs, however if a refund is asked for due to our mistake or the item received isn't as described a full refund will be issued including the shipping cost that means our costumers have no risk ordering from us!
- 3. Discounted or promoted items are not eligible for returns or exchange.
Damaged Goods
Every product is inspected carefully and processed before being shipped to guarantee that the goods are neither flawed nor lacking. In case that you receive your package in an unsatisfactory state, it is essential that you contact us ASAP. Everything on the website is in stock and ready to ship. However, if it occurs that you order an item that is out of stock, we will contact you immediately. At this point you can either choose to substitute the item for another item in stock, remove it from your order, or place your order temporarily on hold until your item is in stock again. Due to availability and trading issues, we can only provide an estimate as to when an out of stock item will be in stock again. If you choose to remove the out of stock item from your order, a refund will be issued for the item including the difference in the shipping cost.
